My Journey to 8th Chakra Reiki

I used to be the sceptic in the room. Energy work, meditation, anything "spiritual" — none of it was for me. I was too busy running my IT consultancy, chairing my local business network and picking up awards for it.

Then Reiki found me, through an evening class of all places, and it opened a door I didn't know I was looking for. It carried me through a miscarriage, a divorce and caring for my father in his final months — and it's stood beside me through six years of stand-up comedy, a marathon and live television.

In 2017, I was guided in meditation to channel 8th Chakra Reiki — a way of working with the deeper layers that most healing modalities don't reach: past life patterns, ancestral energy, soul contracts, and the blocks that quietly shape our relationships, our confidence and our sense of worth. Since then, the practice has been viewed over 22,000 times.
